No / Low use cease of services

Hi

I'm afraid that your service has been terminated due to a lack of use. We reserve the right (as per our terms and conditions) to cancel numbers after 120 days which have little or no use.

We have recently audited all of our clients' services and those that had no significant use for the period xxxxxxxx to yyyyyyy were selected for deletion.

This was actioned recently.

I'm sorry if this has caused any inconvenience, but we are clear that these services cost a lot to run, and if they are not being utilised, we lose significant amounts of money maintaining them.

This in no way prevents you from signing up again BUT it will mean that you are allocated a new number.
