How to use your Call-Guard Feature

Hi

As requested, we have enabled the Call-Guard Feature on your account

You chose to filter via DENY LIST / ALLOW LIST delete as appropriate

This feature can make sure that you are only contacted by people who you wish to talk to.

ALLOW LISTS allow you to choose a selection of people who you are happy to talk to - EVERYONE ELSE will be unable to call you

DENY LISTS allow you to set a list of callers who you do not want to be able to call you - EVERYONE ELSE will be able to call you

HOW TO SET UP YOUR SERVICE

The first step is to log into your account using the top-up login details you were given by email, when you joined us. This top-up portal is entered from the top menu of the website

You will see a screen like this

Just above the 'Last 10 calls' section you will see Configure (circled in RED above) - click on that and you will see a screen like this:

This is where you enter your list of numbers to either ALLOW or DENY. In the above example the two numbers listed are the only ones ALLOWed to call you. If this was a DENY list, they would be the only two numbers who could not call you.

HOW TO ADD AN NUMBER TO YOUR LIST

It's really simple! All you need to do is to put your numbers into the boxes as shown below

IT'S REALLY IMPORTANT to make sure you click on [+Save] after adding each number and then [Update List] when you are done. Unless you click both, then your list will not save and will not work properly.

If you think that you have chosen the wrong type of list, then please contact via us email (or via the contact form on the website) - we can change your list type in a few minutes!
