For security reasons, your billing information cannot be changed in the portal.
We have two ways of achieving this for you:
- We can take the new card details from you - all we need are the long card number, the expiry date and the CVC code (last 3 digits on the rear)
- Alternatively, you can wait until your next payment fails and then our system will send you a payment link to add a new card.
Either way, once your new card details have been added, you will need to then confirm with us the last 4 digits of the card you would like to be used a default.
Please advise us of your preference and, if appropriate, your card details - we'll then make any required changes for you.
