If recurring credit card payment is not possible, then here is the process to complete your order using a Direct Debit Plan.

STEP 1

To despatch the equipment, we need to take a one-off-payment in advance to cover your 1st Month of Service.

Please use online banking or visit your branch to pay £19.99 as a one-time payment to

STEP 2

Follow this link to set up a Direct Debit instruction for further payments.


Your direct debit payments will be collected on or around the 12th of each month, starting the next calendar month after your service goes live.

Once you have completed steps 1 and 2, we will despatch your line box within 2 working days.
